Kachka Fabrika is the new distillery, cocktail and zakuski bar from the team behind Portland favorite Kachka. Opened in 2025, Fabrika brings Kachka Spirits' award-winning house-distilled and infused vodkas to center stage, pairing impeccably crafted martinis and inventive seasonal cocktails with a modern seafood-forward zakuski menu built around the Pacific Northwest's freshest ingredients. Upstairs, a lofted lounge offers a perch above the action, while downstairs, a horseshoe-shaped marble bar anchors the room with the lively energy of a cocktail party.
